Welcome to sirva , the business directory for Kuwait. These terms govern your use of the website, the mobile app and the related services (together, "the platform"). Please read them carefully before using it.

1 Accepting these terms

By using the platform or creating an account on it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2 What the service is

sirva is an informational directory that lets visitors search for businesses and shops in Kuwait and browse their details, branches, opening hours, offers and reviews.

The platform only displays information. It does not provide the listed products or services itself, and it is not a party to any dealing between you and a listed business.

3 Accounts

• You agree to provide accurate, complete and up to date details when registering.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or subscription plans is not allowed.

4 Listings and published content

• The business owner is responsible for the accuracy of all details, images, logos, opening hours and offers they upload.
• The business owner confirms they hold the rights to any images and trademarks they upload.
• The business must be licensed and lawfully operating within the State of Kuwait.
• We may review, edit, reject or remove any content without prior notice.
• Offers and discounts are the sole responsibility of the advertising business, including their conditions and validity.

5 Reviews

• A review must reflect a genuine experience and must be free of abuse, defamation or unlawful content.
• Paid reviews, and fake reviews intended to raise or lower a business rating, are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to review submissions and remove anything that breaches these terms.
• Opinions published are those of their authors and do not represent the platform.

6 Subscriptions and payments

• Businesses are listed under subscription plans with a defined duration, features and the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through approved electronic payment gateways; we do not store your card details.
• A plan starts as soon as payment is confirmed and ends when its term expires unless renewed.
• Fees paid are non refundable except where the fault is a technical error on our side.
• A subscription carries no guarantee of any particular number of visits, customers or business results.

7 Prohibited use

• Publishing content that breaks the law or public decency in the State of Kuwait.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or publishing misleading information.
• Scraping or copying directory data automatically, or republishing it without written permission.
• Attempting to breach, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Using contact details shown in the directory for unsolicited marketing.

8 Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including its name, logo, design, software and databases, belong to sirva . Content you upload remains yours, and you grant the platform a non exclusive licence to display and use it in order to operate and promote the service.

9 Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is". While we take care over the accuracy of the data, we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always current, since opening hours, addresses and offers can change without us being told.

The platform accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss arising from dealing with any listed business, or from relying on information published in the directory. We recommend verifying details with the business directly before dealing with it.

10 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, misuses the platform or puts other users at risk, without prior notice and without refunding any fees paid.

You may stop using the platform at any time and delete your account from the delete account page.

11 Privacy

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the last updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after changes are published means you accept them.

13 Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the Kuwaiti courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
